Mark your calendar and call us to reserve your spot in our Winter Gardens special event at Norway Gardens. You won't want to miss the fun of this special day. Here is what's happening:
10:30 a.m. -- Plant Your Own Terrarrium Workshop.
Select a container and the houseplants you wish to use and let us help you create a terrarrium. If you wish, you can add accessories to it and create your indoor Fairy Garden. You will learn how to select plants that grow well together and how easy the care for this indoor garden can be. Cost of seminar is materials only. Call now to reserve your spot.
Noon -- Lunch
After you have finished your terrarrium and before the afternoon seminar begins, join us for a free lunch (to all who attended the morning workshop). We will be serving chili and the fixins, relishes, and brownies. YUM!
1:15 p.m. -- Seed Starting and Plant Propagation Seminar
You will love all the knowledge you gain from this seminar. You will learn how to use a heat mat and grow light to start your own garden seeds. You will hear about the proper time table for starting your various seeds and learn the correct seed-starting procedures. You will then learn how to take cuttings from your plants to multiply them and then how to care for them so they thrive. Lots of great information will be here for garden lovers!
